Pink Cadillac is a humorous song by Bruce Springsteen was a prominent concert number during Springsteen's 1984-85 Born In The USA Tour. This song was used as a metaphor for sexual activity. Springsteen, in fact, vetoed the first attempt by a female singer to release a version of Pink Cadillac, that being Bette Midler in 1983. However, this song had it's highest profile incarnation via an R&B interpretation by Natalie Cole which became a top 10 single in 1988. (source: wikipedia)
